Your Leadership Style • What does it mean to be a leader in your occupation? • How do you want to use your leadership skills and responsibilities in your current position? • What do you see as your long-range leadership goals? Personal Leadership Development Plan • Complete the Personal Leadership Development as a part of this assignment (template located in Resources in Moodle) • Your development plan should reflect the feedback you have gathered from others in your RBS, your assessments in this program and other resources and focus on enhancing your strengths and opportunities for development • Note: Limit your development plan to 1-3 areas, two growth opportunities to enhance your skills and 1 development opportunity.
