Sommer, Robert (Photographer) - Robert Sommer is an internationally known Environmental Psychologist who has authored many books and articles including the well known "Personal Space: The Behavioral Basis of Design" and is Distinguished Professor of Psychology Emeritus at the University of California, Davis. He documented the sculptures and environment of the Emeryville Mudflats from the late 1960s through the late 1990s.
